About Dr. Alex, DNP
DNP, APRN, FNP-C
A personal history of acne and doctoral research into sun-safe behaviors both inform how Dr. Alex, DNP, approaches skin health. She understands that a concern can be small to someone else and significant to the person living with it.
Her training includes a BSN from Georgian Court University and graduate degrees at Florida International University. Experience in hospitals, corporate aesthetic medicine and private plastic surgery preceded her independent practice.
In Manhattan, she carries that perspective into the consultation: listening closely, explaining the reasoning behind a recommendation, and taking a conservative approach to treatment. You return to the same provider as your care develops.

Is Blonde Girl Aesthetics® a medical practice?
Blonde Girl Aesthetics® provides nonsurgical medical care. The treating provider is Dr. Alex, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, a nurse practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree. A visit includes the clinical assessment and discussion needed to determine whether a proposed treatment is appropriate.
What should I expect at my first appointment?
Start with your questions, your treatment history and what you would like to address. Dr. Alex, DNP, examines your skin and facial features, including movement, proportion and areas of volume change.
The discussion covers the proposed approach, alternatives, risks, likely results and cost. You can take time to consider the recommendation; agreeing to a consultation does not commit you to treatment.
How do I know which treatment is right for me?
You do not need to choose a procedure before booking. Describe the change you have noticed or the feature you would like to discuss. Dr. Alex, DNP, will explain what may help, what the limitations are and whether skincare or observation makes more sense at this stage.
What does “prevention-focused” mean?
It means considering your skin over time, including everyday care and sun protection, as well as any treatment you choose. Recommendations take account of what is changing, what you want to maintain and how much intervention is appropriate. Starting a routine does not automatically mean starting an injectable.
Where is the Manhattan office?
Use 315 Madison Ave, Suite 407, Office 104, New York, NY 10017 for your visit. The building is near Madison Avenue and East 42nd Street, one block from Grand Central. Subway connections at Grand Central–42 St include the 4, 5, 6, 7 and S; Metro-North arrives at the terminal.
Do you offer payment plans?
Cherry and Affirm are available for eligible treatment plans. Approval, payment schedules and other terms are set by the financing provider. Ask the Manhattan office about the options when discussing the cost of your care.
