(646) 347-2833What treatments does Blonde Girl Aesthetics® offer?
Blonde Girl Aesthetics® offers comprehensive, non-surgical medical aesthetic treatments personalized to your current concerns, facial anatomy, skin health, and signs of aging. Services include neuromodulators for expression lines; Restylane hyaluronic acid dermal fillers; biostimulatory treatments; PRF EZ Gel; microneedling; medium-depth VI chemical peels; acne evaluations; and customized skincare plans.
Dermal filler may be used throughout the face, including the temples, under-eyes, cheeks, nasolabial folds, chin shadows, marionette lines, lips, chin, and jawline when clinically appropriate. Every treatment is performed by Dr. Alex and incorporated into a thoughtful medical care plan rather than selected as an isolated service.
Is Blonde Girl Aesthetics® a medical practice?
Yes. Treatments are performed by Dr. Alex, DNP, APRN, FNP-C — a doctoral-prepared aesthetic nurse practitioner with over a decade in medicine, including seven years in hospital settings before moving into aesthetics. Everything offered is nonsurgical, but it is medical care, planned and delivered as such.
What should I expect at my first appointment?
Your first appointment is intentionally comprehensive. Dr. Alex will take the time to understand what is bothering you, what you hope to improve, and how you want to feel when you look in the mirror. She will evaluate how your face moves and rests, your muscle strength, facial balance, volume changes, skin quality, and overall aging pattern before making any recommendations.
You will leave with a personalized plan that explains what may benefit you now, what can wait, the ideal order of treatment, and the expected investment. Dr. Alex will teach you what each treatment does, why it is—or is not—being recommended, and what you can expect if you choose to do nothing at all. Nothing is performed until you feel informed, comfortable, and confident in the plan.
How do I know which treatment is right for me?
You do not need to arrive knowing which treatment to choose—that is what your consultation is for. Dr. Alex will evaluate the source of your concerns rather than asking you to select a procedure from a menu.
Expression lines caused by muscle movement may benefit from a neuromodulator. Volume loss, hollowing, shadows, or changes in facial balance may be addressed with Restylane dermal filler. Gradual collagen loss and changes in firmness may benefit from biostimulatory treatments. Texture, pigmentation, acne, and overall skin quality may be treated with professional skincare, chemical peels, microneedling, or a combination of modalities.
Many patients benefit from a carefully layered plan rather than one isolated treatment. The order and timing matter, which is why every recommendation is personalized to your anatomy, priorities, lifestyle, and long-term goals.
What does “prevention-focused” mean?
Prevention-focused care means addressing changes early, conservatively, and intentionally rather than waiting until they become more difficult to correct. This may mean softening expression lines before they become deeply etched, supporting collagen before skin quality significantly declines, or beginning a consistent skincare plan before concerns progress.
This philosophy guides Dr. Alex’s recommendations for dosing, treatment intervals, skincare, and long-term maintenance. The goal is never to change how you look—it is to help you age well while preserving what already makes you look like you.
