At BGA, we understand the importance of providing accessible and affordable financing options for our clients. We strive to ensure that our clients have convenient options to finance their desired treatments while maintaining transparency and fairness in our policies. Our MedSpa Financing Policy aims to outline the terms and conditions associated with financing for our valued clients.

Eligibility

To be eligible for treatment at BGA, clients must meet the following criteria:
1. Age: Clients must be at least 18 years old.
2. Creditworthiness: Financing options are subject to credit approval from our partnered financial institution.
3. Identification: Valid government-issued identification such as a driver's license or passport is required.
4. Consent: Clients are required to sign a consent form prior to booking for medical clearance.

Financing Options

BGA MedSpa offers flexible financing options to suit the diverse needs of our clients. Our current financing options include: Cash, Credit Cards, Cherry, Venmo, Zelle, and Apple Pay.

Cancellation Policy

BGA Cancellation / No-show Policy ensures:

1. Patients are treated in a timely manner as well as respecting the providers' schedule availability.

2. Your scheduled appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Last-minute cancellations do not allow us time to fill those gaps.

3. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid a $150 charge. All services rescheduled or canceled on the same day of appointment or missed without notice will be charged $150.

4. By scheduling an appointment at BGA, you are agreeing to our cancellation /no-show policy. We appreciate your understanding.

Refund Policy

At BGA, we strive to provide our clients with the highest quality services and exceptional customer experience. Please review our refund policy regarding MedSpa services:

1. Consultation Fees:

Consultation fees are non-refundable as they cover the time and expertise of our medical professionals during the initial assessment.

2. Prepaid Services:

Prepaid services, such as packages or treatment plans, are non-refundable. However, unused portions may be transferred to other services or individuals at the discretion of the MedSpa.

3. Refunds for Unsatisfactory Services:

If you are unsatisfied with a service provided, please notify us within 72 hours of the treatment. We will carefully assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and determine the best course of action. Please note that no monetary value will be issued back to the client, but we will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution. Your feedback is important to us, and we are committed to ensuring your experience at our MedSpa is positive and fulfilling. Thank you for your understanding.

4. Product Returns:

Skincare products purchased from our MedSpa may be returned within 14 days of purchase if unopened and in their original packaging. A store credit or exchange will be provided.

Please note that this refund policy is subject to change at the discretion of Blonde Girl Aesthetics. If you have any questions or concerns regarding refunds, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Privacy

At BGA, we prioritize the privacy and confidentiality of our clients' personal and financial information. All information provided during the appointment will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will only be shared if an information release consent is signed.
