There are three locations. Miami is at 2800 Biscayne Boulevard, Suite 303, Miami, FL 33137. Oakhurst is at 1806 Highway 35, Suite 206E, Oakhurst, NJ 07755, in Ocean Township, Monmouth County. Manhattan is at 315 Madison Ave, Suite 407, Office 104, New York, NY 10017, across from Grand Central.
Which location should I choose?
Whichever is most convenient for you. You see the same provider and receive the same standard of care at all three offices. Oakhurst and Manhattan are open Monday through Saturday; Miami runs a shorter midweek schedule. A small number of treatments are office-specific, so if you have a particular treatment in mind, the office can confirm availability when you book.
Who will treat me?
Dr. Alex, DNP, APRN, FNP-C treats at all three locations. She earned her master's and doctorate at Florida International University and spent seven years in hospital medicine before moving into aesthetics. You see the same provider whichever office you book.
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Appointment only — all three offices. You can book online any time, or call the location directly. Walk-ins cannot be accommodated, because every appointment starts with a consultation and the time is planned around your treatment.
What are the hours at each location?
Oakhurst and Manhattan are open Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 5:00, closed Sunday. Miami is open Tuesday 10:00 to 4:00, Wednesday 11:00 to 6:00 and Thursday 10:00 to 4:00, and is closed Friday. Other days in Miami can be arranged by appointment — call to ask.
How do I get to the Manhattan location?
It is on the northwest corner of Madison Avenue and East 42nd Street, one block from Grand Central Terminal. Take the 4, 5, 6, 7 or S to Grand Central–42 St, or Metro-North into the terminal. Buses M1, M2, M3, M4, M42, M101, M102, M103 and Q32 all stop nearby.
Where exactly is the Oakhurst location?
On Route 35 in Oakhurst, New Jersey — Suite 206E at 1806 Highway 35, in Ocean Township. It serves Monmouth County, including Deal, Long Branch, Asbury Park, Red Bank and Eatontown.
